A belly donsah, a snake charmah

Whew! So the belly dance performance went off without a hitch. Not as many people came as I would have liked, but there were enough that it wasn't embarrassing. So that's good. I'm told the group piece I choreographed was really cool looking, and my solo seemed to go over well. I'll have videos up on youtube by the end of the week hopefully, so keep a weather eye out.

Now all I have left to do is write one more 5 pager for my film class, which is not as easy as it sounds. Once I figure out what it is I'm writing about exactly it should go smoothly. I type about two pages an hour (at least) when I'm in the "zone" so hopefully it won't take terribly long once I finish re-reading articles and such. Fun fun.

Here are two photos from Belly. To see more, just go to Facebook!
Here's me being all in charge, and DJ like.
Here's me doing my solo to the song "Rivage" from Cirque du Soleil's Quidam.

This is a pic of the group piece I choreographed to "St. Patrick" from Michael Flatley's Celtic Tiger.
